yikes!
i obviously have been horrible about writing here! robert was born april 20th at 7 lbs 6oz. he is cute and sweet and 3 months old now! i apologize for not keeping up with this. i have gotten on to facebook and so have very much neglected xanga. if anyone would like to hook up with me on facebook just email me :)
recently we moved to OH as dh had lost his job in VA. he and our oldest son found jobs here together. it is a very different environment here and so far we are loving it. we have found a church which we are really liking and pray that we can grow closer to Him.
God's blessings and i will admit that i probably wont be blogging on here as i am just too busy with other things. so please if anyone wants just contact me for facebook as i am pretty good at keeping on it.

more about me
more about me... that is why you read this isnt it? lol
i was diagnosed prediabetic, and hypogylcemic earlier this year. actually i had know i was hypoglycemic when i was a teenager, but had gotten off the diet years and years ago. i didnt take it seriously and didnt really understand it. now, i realize i would have felt so much better and would most likely have never gotten into the prediabetic range if i had stayed on this way of eating when i was much younger. so, in case you are wondering, yes, i do plan on staying with this way of eating for the rest of my life. it makes me feel soooooooo much better. and in fact, we have put our 5 yr old on this way of eating too due to her displaying ADHD tendencies. it has made a HUGE difference for her too.
